The Office of Student Life Assessment & Strategic Initiatives invites you to our  “Strategic Planning.” 

When: Thursday, May 20, 2021, from 1– 2.30 p.m.

In this session, led by Dr. Melissa Brown, you will learn about the process of strategic planning. Dr. Brown will show the different components of a strategic plan and describe the importance of implementing the new plan to provide the unit with accountability.

Learning Outcomes

As a result of this assessment orientation, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the process of developing a strategic plan.
  • Identify the parts of a strategic plan.
  • Explain the importance of aligning strategic plans (e.g., university, division, department)
  • Articulate the value of an implementation plan for accountability
